Cara Schulte is a Senior Associate with the Environment and Human Rights Division at Human Rights Watch. Her work focuses on (1) toxic exposures and environmental health and (2) the impacts of climate change on older people and people with disabilities. Cara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University and a Master’s degree in Environmental Health Science from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Cara has a certificate in Risk Science and Public Policy.
